Some creative crits: Her head is a tad small for her body. The leg that's coming from under her skirt (Our right, her left) seems a little chunky, if she's meant to be musculr, you may want to tone it down a bit and simply slim out her legs a little bit.
This is gonna look good when coloured.
Fighting in high heels though? She's either one tough cookie or she's got balance to spare
Not one to truly take a look at people's feet in an animation...
As far as I remember, as well, in those anime's, the girls never actually did REAL fighting, they just threw around some bubbles and fire and ran a bunch, but no real sword fighting.
A truly insane task would be to do boxing while in high heels... I don't think that can be done at all.
Still, if it's comics/anime, you kinda have to leave your theories of relativity and gravity and realism on the couch. Keep on drawin', man.
